Reports can be made anonymously and all details will be held securely and in full confidence. No information will be passed to anyone else, and your health report will form part of our ongoing monitoring. You can tell us about a health condition that has is ongoing or one that has been resolved.

Health reporting is important to help us monitor the rate of health conditions in the breed. It also helps us to focus our efforts on the health conditions that have the biggest impact on Skyes. Please tell us about any health condition your Skye has, even if it has been treated and resolved.
